Telephone Answering Service

$100 per month

 

Our friendly and professional telephone receptionists will answer as your receptionist from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A voice-mail system is available to answer your calls after 5:00 p.m. and on weekends and holidays.

 

Secretarial Service

$30 per hour

 

We are available to do your typing, transcription (including legal or medical), mass mailings, copying, filing, appointment scheduling, etc.

 

Outgoing Mail Service

$50 per month, plus postage fees

 

Our staff will post your outgoing mail and deliver to the post office daily.

 

Mail Forwarding Service

$50 per month, plus postage fees

 

We will package and forward your mail to you once a week.

 

Outgoing Courier Service

$5 per package, plus courier fees

 

UPS™, FedEx™, and Airborne (DHL™) provide service to the building daily. Local and legal courier services are also available.

 

Facsimile Service

$1 per page ($3 minimum), plus long-distance fees

 

Use our facsimile number as your own. We will notify you when you receive a facsimile and send all your outgoing documents for you.

 

Copy Service

10¢ per copy

 

A personalized code allows you access 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Enhanced copy features include reduction, enlargement, duplicating, collating, stapling, and hole punching.

 

Office Signage

$40 – $150

 

Building lobbies, 32nd floor lobby, and/or office door signs are available.
